11ty Bundle Moved to Cloudflare

I spent some time today to update various npm packages and cleaning up the basic plumbing of 11tybundle.dev.

I wanted to get it cleaned up before migrating the site from Netlify to Cloudflare Pages. It went pretty smoothly. Hopefully, no one saw any glitches.
